Job summary

Luna Data Solutions, Inc. is seeking a LIMS Administrator III for a 12-month contract in OKC, onsite 8am–5pm. The role acts as system owner for PHL LIMS, partnering with IT and vendors to test, upgrade, and validate Labware/Rees/Neometrix and other LIMS in use.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, HL7/ORI messaging, and facilitating training. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in medical lab processes with CAP/CLIA familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years in medical lab processes or LIMS work.
• Experience with Labware, Rees or Neometrix LIMS and HL7 messaging.
• Knowledge of CAP/CLIA standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze databases and laboratory workflows to tune LIMS performance.
• Implement LIMS alterations to meet evolving business needs.
• Coordinate vendor activities for LIMS upgrades and maintenance.
• Develop documentation and communicate issues to PHL staff promptly.
• Develop and maintain HL7 ORU messages and ARLN reporting.
• Create SQL reports and ad hoc queries based on user needs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and information security practices.
