Job summary

Father Bill's & MainSpring is seeking a Subsidy Specialist to manage LIHTC certifications and HUD/Section 8-related tasks in Brockton, MA. You will ensure accurate income certifications, prepare leases, and coordinate with a compliance consultant.

The role requires an Associate's degree and 2–3 years of administrative experience, with strong data-entry and communication skills. Local travel may be involved, and COS/S3P LITECH certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 2–3 years of admin experience in housing or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD/Section 8/Massachusetts Rental Voucher programs a plus.
• LIHTC/tax credit certifications preferred and experience working with compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep occupancy, vacancy, turnover data current.
• Maintain detailed communication with compliance team and partners.
• Track and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Draft leases and housing assistance payment contracts.
• Assist with data entry of compliance reports in Excel.
• Interact with residents and coordinate with case management for documentation.
• Follow up with participants on deadlines and document actions.
