Qualifications

• Requires travel 60% or more based on business need.
• Strong time management and analytical skills.
• Clear written correspondence.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Five years in affordable housing; HUD/LIHTC/BOND/HOME experience.
• Certifications: COS, HCCP, TCS.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents software.

Responsibilities

• Review first-year LIHTC and HUD files.
• Assist with initial lease-up and determine household eligibility.
• Review tenant files, enter data, and verify accuracy.
• Review corrective actions and determine resolutions.
• Provide written communications to relay deficiencies.
• Ensure files are compliant and move-in files are reviewed within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing monitoring objectives and forms.
• Assist with compliance form revisions and updates.
• Attend compliance training and travel as required.
• Assist at other properties as assigned.
• Uphold Fair Housing non-discrimination policies.
• Support due diligence on new property compliance.
• Be empathetic to applicants.
• Organize and complete special projects.
