As Site Manager you will ensure compliance, lead leasing and maintenance, build a sense of community with residents, and drive rental income while minimizing delinquencies.

Qualifications

2+ years of Affordable Housing knowledge (LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines).
Tech Savvy: You know your way around Yardi and Microsoft 365.
Detail Obsessed: You enjoy double-checking tax credit files and numbers.
People First: You have a passion for customer service and can handle tough conversations with empathy.
Ready to Show Up: You bring a strong, reliable work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities
