Job summary

Vesta Management, NJ, is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of properties in the Newark area. The role oversees multiple locations and teams, ensuring budgeting, rent collections, compliance reviews, and capital planning are executed to Vesta standards.

The ideal candidate will have LIHTC, Section 8, and HOME housing program experience, as well as COS/CPO designations. Travel between properties is frequent, and strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple locations and management-level staff.
• Knowledge of LIHTC Section 42, Section 8, and HOME housing programs.
• COS and/or CPO designations recommended.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of all properties within the portfolio.
• Support Property Managers in supervising on-site staff.
• Hire and develop Property Managers.
• Ensure occupancy and budgeted objectives are met.
• Oversee budgeting, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance reviews and inspections.
• Coordinate capital maintenance within budget.
• Travel between properties as needed.
• Maintain professional image and teamwork.
