Pratum Companies is seeking a skilled Community Manager for LIHTC and PB Section 8 properties in Ohio. You will oversee leasing, compliance, budgeting, resident relations, and property operations, ensuring regulatory adherence and efficient revenue flow.

The role requires at least 3 years in LIHTC property management, strong communication, and proficiency in property management software. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires LIHTC and Section 8 knowledge with compliance experience.
• Minimum 3 years in property management focusing on LIHTC properties.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• COS/ CPM/ CAM or HCCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Ensure LIHTC and Section 8 compliance with tenant eligibility, income certifications and reporting.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor operating expenses and capital improvements.
• Foster positive resident relations and organize community events to enhance engagement.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure safety standards and inspections.
• Supervise and train property staff and promote teamwork and accountability.
• Engage with local organizations and stakeholders to promote services and stay informed on housing trends.
