Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a skilled Community Manager (LIHTC & PB Section 8) to oversee operations, compliance, and resident relations at tax credit properties in Ohio. You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and high occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in LIHTC property management, strong budgeting skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid or on-site work options may apply with competitive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on LIHTC properties.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Section 8 regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Ensure LIHTC and Section 8 compliance, including tenant eligibility and reporting.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports; monitor operating expenses.
• Foster positive resident relations and organize community engagement events.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and coordinate inspections to ensure safety and standards.
• Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Build relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to promote services.
