Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a Tax Credit property in Silver Spring, MD. You will lease apartments, maintain occupancy, and ensure compliance with LIHTC and housing regulations while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires LIHTC experience, knowledge of Yardi and RentCafe, and the ability to manage applications, tours, and marketing campaigns to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ LIHTC property management experience.
• Experience with Yardi and RentCafe is required.
• LIHTC knowledge and understanding of affordable housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, verify income, and complete LIHTC paperwork.
• Lease apartments and market features/amenities to prospective residents.
• Respond to internet leads and conduct property tours.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue.
• Audit lease files for bonuses and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
