Gateway Management Company is seeking a Property Manager for Candler Reserve in Decatur, GA. The role oversees all operations, drives occupancy and rent collection, and ensures compliance with LIHTC and fair housing laws.

You will lead office and maintenance staff, coordinate vendors, and maintain a safe living environment for residents. The ideal candidate brings multi-family management experience, strong communication, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years of previous property management experience preferred.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance paperwork, and facilities management.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign duties to office and maintenance staff.
• Operate property in compliance with LIHTC and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance, scheduling contractors, unit turnover, and safety of residents.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests and complaints.
• Collect and post rents accurately and promptly.
• Enforce lease provisions and report incidents to management.
