Qualifications

• Two years of previous property management experience preferred.
• LIHTC/tax credit experience preferred and compliance knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance paperwork, and facilities management.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign job responsibilities to all office and maintenance staff.
• Operate property in compliance with LIHTC and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance and operations, coordinate contractors, ensure timely unit turnover and repairs.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests and complaints.
• Collect rents, post to resident accounts, and safeguard monies.
• Enforce lease provisions regarding rent payments.
• Report accidents to Regional Manager/Corporate office using Incident Reports.
