Gateway Management company seeks a TEMPORARY Property Manager for Crossing at Conyers in Conyers, GA. This role oversees daily operations of an affordable community, including administration, compliance, maintenance, and supervision of employees to achieve occupancy and financial goals.

Responsibilities include meeting occupancy and rent collection targets, coordinating contractors, ensuring timely unit turnover, maintaining safety, and upholding LIHTC and fair housing laws while delivering

Formación

• Two years of previous property management experience preferred.
• LIHTC/tax credit experience preferred and compliance knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance paperwork, and facilities management.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign job responsibilities to all office and maintenance staff.
• Operate property in compliance with LIHTC and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance and operations, coordinate contractors, ensure timely unit turnover and repairs.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests and complaints.
• Collect rents, post to resident accounts, and safeguard monies.
• Enforce lease provisions regarding rent payments.
• Report accidents to Regional Manager/Corporate office using Incident Reports.
