Job summary

Ambling Management Company LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee LIHTC property operations in Savannah, GA. You will maintain occupancy by advertising vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and ensuring the premises are safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in property management, an associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. A valid driver’s license and state licenses as required.

Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience required.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate literacy in English.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintains occupancy by advertising and filling vacancies.
• Negotiates and enforces leases with residents.
• Maintains premises by inspecting units and coordinating repairs.
• Manages vendor contracts for landscaping, maintenance and security.
• Prepares reports and analyzes trends to ensure performance targets.
• Ensures program compliance and lease file accuracy.
