Job summary

Habitat America, LLC, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time Tax Credit Community Manager for a community in Washington, DC. The candidate must have 3+ years of Tax Credit Property Manager experience and LIHTC knowledge, with TCS certification a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Tax Credit Property Manager
• Tax Credit experience desired
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification is a plus
• Excellent communications and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while taking directions
• Experience reviewing monthly operating statements for budget variances and cash flow

Responsibilities

• Review monthly operating statements for accuracy, budget-to-actual variances and bottom line cash flow control
• Produce reports and monthly financials in an accurate and timely fashion
• Certify and recertify resident income in line with agency regulations
