Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains occupancy by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Negotiates leases, collects rents and processes security deposits.
• Prepares budgets, forecasts, and analyzes variances.
• Oversees maintenance, security, and renovations of the property.
• Ensures compliance with program funding and reporting requirements.
• Maintains resident relations and enforces occupancy rules.
