Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet occupancy and rent goals while ensuring compliance and effective facilities management.
• Recruit, supervise, train and assign responsibilities to office and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate maintenance and turnovers, supervise contractors, and ensure safety.
• Handle resident relations, rent collection, and timely posting to accounts.
• Enforce lease provisions and report incidents to regional leadership.
