Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience with LIHTC/tax credit experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to access all community areas and show homes to prospective residents.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance paperwork, and facilities management goals.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign office and maintenance staff at the property.
• Ensure operations comply with LIHTC, IRS, and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor coordination; schedule turnover and repairs.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests and complaints.
• Post rents to resident accounts promptly and accurately.
• Report accidents and incidents to Regional Manager/Corporate.
