Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience with LIHTC experience required.

• Ability to supervise office and maintenance staff across a property.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance and facilities goals.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign duties to office and maintenance staff.
• Operate in compliance with LIHTC, LIHTC, and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance, scheduling, contractors, and vendor coordination for timely turnover and repairs.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests and complaints.
• Collect rents, post to accounts, and safeguard funds.
