Travel between properties is required; COS certification and strong budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• LIHTC background required and knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regs.
• COS certificate or equivalent housing knowledge certificates.
• Minimum 2 years in property management with affordable housing experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software.
• Strong analytical and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of BPM properties and manage site staff.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and LIHTC requirements.
• Monitor rent collection, vacancies, certifications, and occupancy benchmarks.
• Coordinate budgets, invoices, and capital projects with supervisors.
• Maintain resident files and prepare compliance reports.
• Travel between properties in the Denver Metro area.
