Job summary

Brothers Property Management (BPM) seeks a Community Manager for Zinnia Apartments in Longmont, CO, with a split role between Longmont and Boulder. LIHTC and Permanent Supportive Housing experience are required to lead day-to-day operations and ensure long-term viability of BPM properties.

Responsibilities include occupancy management, rent collection oversight, compliance reporting, office management, and resident services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of LIHTC experience.
• 2+ years of property management experience; affordable housing preferred.
• COS certification or equivalent housing knowledge.
• Experience with property management software.
• Problem solving and decision-making ability.
• Must have Colorado driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations in compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency reports; conduct inspections.
• Supervise site personnel and coordinate with maintenance; report issues.
• Handle occupancy, certifications, and waitlists; maintain resident files.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and file pre-audits with partners and lenders.
• Provide resident services and regular office presence on-site while coordinating contracts.
