Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• COS certificate or equivalent housing knowledge beneficial.
• Experience with LIHTC or PSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations in compliance with federal, state and local housing laws.
• Monitor rent collection and prepare related reports.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance and capital projects.
• Oversee site staff and coordinate with vendors and partners.
• Ensure compliance reporting and recordkeeping for each site.
