Gateway Management is seeking a Property Manager for the Mallard Lake apartment community in LaGrange, GA. You will oversee daily operations, including occupancy, rent collection, compliance, and facilities management, while leading office and maintenance staff to meet budget and occupancy goals.

The role requires two years of property management with LIHTC experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of previous property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC experience required.
• Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Mobility to work across the community and at various sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance and facilities targets.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign responsibilities to office and maintenance staff.
• Maintain compliance with LIHTC and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance, scheduling contractors, and unit turnovers.
• Respond to resident requests and handle disputes.
• Post rents to resident accounts promptly and accurately.
