Job summary

Ovation in Las Vegas seeks an Affordable Housing Property Manager with 2–3 years of multifamily experience. You will manage occupancy, ensure LIHTC/Section 8 compliance, and lead staff while coordinating vendors and maintenance.

Strong communication, budgeting, and software skills (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, MS Office) are required. High school diploma or equivalent is essential. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing or multi-family housing.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, HUD programs and compliance strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to relate to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and rent collection.
• Maintain high occupancy while meeting income and eligibility requirements.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Basic maintenance knowledge and property upkeep understanding.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to staff to meet company standards.
• Promote a positive community atmosphere with resident events and welcoming environment.
• Maintain safety protocols, respond to emergencies, and ensure resident sense of security.
• Represent Ovation brand and culture with professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

We have an opening at one of our beautiful Affordable Housing properties, which is a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

Property Manager
