Job summary

Ovation is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for our Las Vegas communities. You will show and lease apartments, deliver outstanding service, and strive for high resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills; OneSite knowledge is preferred and YieldStar is a plus. Schedule includes an 8-hour shift with weekends and overtime; compensation starts at $17.00/hour with benefits.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Leasing Agent, preferably with OneSite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus!

We have multiple openings in multiple locations in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin at one of our premiere apartment communities with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

Position Requirements:

• Some experience in property management and/or abundant sales experience
• Show and lease apartments
• Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Weekends required, both Saturday and Sunday

Salary:

$17.00/hour
