Job summary

The Inter-Faith Group is seeking a capable Expansion Marketing & Leasing Manager to design and implement a comprehensive marketing and leasing plan for multiple affordable housing properties. You will oversee day-to-day operations, property budgeting, and maintenance coordination, with a strong emphasis on LIHTC compliance and resident outreach.

• Experience managing housing properties and budgeting.
• Familiarity with housing agency regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interact with diverse populations; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Oversee on-site work and performance by employees.
• Market the property using mailers, partnerships, and digital channels.
• Conduct quarterly competitive property reviews and adjust leasing rates.
• Lead lease-up for new construction, manage waitlists, and events.
• Review financial reports and prepare final submissions.
• Ensure property inspections and file audits comply with standards.
• Prepare compliance and market applications; move-ins.
• Be available to cover for Regional Supervisor when needed.
