Job summary

Texas Inter-Faith Management/40i, a non-profit aligned with The Inter-Faith Group, seeks a Marketing and Leasing Manager to design and implement comprehensive plans, oversee daily operations, budgeting, and property management. Experience with LIHTC is required.

The role includes leasing leadership for new construction, extensive site travel, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Benefits include health coverage, retirement matching, and paid time off. Monday–Friday with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housing management, budgeting, and housing agency regulations.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, flexible, detail oriented and tactful.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all daily operations activities.
• Provide oversight for on-site staff and contractors.
• Market the property using flyers, mailers, and local partnerships.
• Lead lease-up for new construction properties and waitlist management.
• Review financial reports and assist with final reporting.
• Oversee property inspections and file audits for compliance.
• Prepare compliance and market applications for move-in.
• Travel to all sites, including out-of-state properties.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
