Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in LIHTC lending, underwriting, or specialty finance.
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC programs, regulations, and financing structures.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow significant LIHTC lending relationships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the bank.
- Underwrite and analyze LIHTC loans.
- Monitor project progress and compliance with loan covenants.
