• Previous LIHTC leasing experience required.

• Proven leasing and resident relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and effectively market available homes.
• Process rental applications and assist applicants throughout the approval process.
• Complete income certifications and recertifications in accordance with LIHTC guidelines.
• Verify applicant eligibility and maintain compliant resident files.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in documentation.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident information within Yardi software.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Follow up on leads and assist in achieving occupancy goals.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with federal, state, and property regulations.
• Support community events, resident retention efforts, and marketing initiatives.
