Job summary

Bryten in East Naples, FL is looking for a Leasing Consultant with Tax Credit/Affordable Housing experience. You’ll welcome residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants from inquiry to move-in while ensuring LIHTC compliance.

The role is on-site and requires strong customer service and organizational skills. You’ll manage applications, recertifications, and documentation, supporting retention and community engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Tax Credit/LIHTC or Affordable Housing experience.
• Working knowledge of HUD rules and regulations and LIHTC policies.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Experience assisting with recertifications and move-in files.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours showcasing apartments and amenities.
• Guide applicants through leasing journey from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and related docs accurately.
• Respond to resident questions with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
