Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant with LIHTC experience in Austin, TX. You will greet prospects, coordinate tours, handle applications, and ensure LIHTC compliance while delivering outstanding resident service.

Responsibilities include move-ins, recertifications, and maintaining accurate records, with opportunities to support marketing and community engagement in a fast-paced property setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• 1+ year in tax credit housing leasing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with property software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests.
• Assist with LIHTC compliance documentation and reporting.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related docs.
• Coordinate tours, inquiries, move-ins, and recertifications.
• Maintain accurate leasing files and support marketing efforts.
