Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules.
• Excellent customer service: able to navigate all types of situations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents.
• Promote available units and amenities via online platforms and outreach.
• Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate resident files.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work.
• Assist with annual recertifications and renewals.
• Communicate lease provisions and community policies to residents.
• Assist with LIHTC paperwork during the application process.
• Create and update waitlists and generate reports as required.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents.
