Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Leasing Specialist with tax credit experience to join our team. Under the Community Manager, the Leasing Specialist supports leasing, customer service, and operations across communities.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years as an onsite Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing or hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and English communication skills. LIHTC experience and HCCP/COS designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as onsite Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English communication required.
• LIHTC experience preferred (HCCP/COS designations a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and leasing duties: greet prospects, collect information, set appointments, show apartments, generate quotes, close leases, and process deposits and applications.
• Ensure tax credit requirements are followed.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Adjust renewal rates as approved and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident files and balances, pursue delinquencies, and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Assist Community Manager with resident activities, newsletters, and retention efforts.
