Qualifications

• LIHTC leasing experience is required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and ADA laws and standards is essential.
• Strong customer service background and ability to interact professionally with residents.
• Must be able to stand and walk most of the day, including stairs.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase traffic and leads.
• Keep leasing office, tour path, vacants and amenities show-ready.
• Process lease applications and required verifications, including tax credit and HUD paperwork.
• Complete lease and move-in procedures with deposits and data entry.
• Assist leadership with reports and resident communications.
• Enhance resident retention through excellent service.
• Initiate and manage maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules.
