Job summary

Greenline North in San Antonio, Texas, seeks an experienced leasing professional to blend sales, marketing, application processing, and property management duties.

The role requires developing marketing strategies, keeping show-ready spaces, processing lease applications (including HUD/tax credit paperwork), coordinating move-ins, supporting the Executive Director with reports, driving resident retention, and handling maintenance requests while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leasing LIHTC (tax credit) apartments.
• Understands Fair Housing and ADA laws and standards.
• Able to spend most of the day standing and walking, including climbing stairs.
• Personable and tactful, with a strong background in customer service.
• Able to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events, to show apartments, etc.
• Yardi experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure leasing office, tour path, vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal of community are all show-ready.
