Job summary

LDG Development Fort Worth is seeking a Leasing Team Member for our affordable housing community. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing rental applications, conducting property tours, and maintaining LIHTC compliance.

You will greet prospects, verify documentation, and support monthly marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years leasing experience, LIHTC knowledge, and is available evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Real Page Onesite experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year leasing or property management experience, LIHTC preferred.
• Availability evenings and weekends.
• Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance, income limits and eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Process rental applications and verify documentation per LIHTC guidelines.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, highlight community features.
• Use the Solidago Leasing standards to guide interactions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and property management for smooth operations.
