AGPM, LLC is seeking a part-time Leasing/Recertification specialist to manage re-qualifications for current residents and assist with qualifying prospective applicants. The role involves interviews, paperwork processing, and coordination with vendors and agencies in a busy housing environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of LIHTC and affordable housing experience, with leasing experience and strong computer skills (Yardi, MS Office).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of LIHTC experience.
• Minimum 2 years of affordable housing experience.
• Must have three plus years of leasing experience.
• Tax credit experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Manage re-qualification of existing residents for continued occupancy.
• Assist in qualification of prospective residents.
• Conduct interviews and process paperwork.
• Interact with vendors and agencies.
• Tour prospects, process Rental Applications, screen applicants, verify income/assets, and determine eligibility.
• Prepare third-party verification forms.
• Assist with annual owner certifications and monthly reporting as needed.
