Asset Living is a fast-growing property management partner with nationwide reach, specializing in multifamily, affordable, and student housing. The Leasing Consultant handles all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a community, ensuring a positive experience for applicants and residents.

Responsibilities include showing units, closing leases, handling paperwork, and maintaining market data while supporting marketing plans and retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and resident retention programs.
