Job summary

• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with rental applications and collect deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and curb appeal.
• Know lease terms, policies and current rental rates.
• Develop resident retention programs under Community Manager.
• Prepare reports and keep resident files up to date.
