The Franklin Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for North Hills Apartments in Washington, DC. You will show and lease apartments, support the community's marketing plan, and help maintain the model units and office, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, LIHTC/HUD familiarity, and strong communication and sales skills. This hourly role reports to the Community Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one to three months of related experience may be acceptable.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing standards is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports; communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Support the community's marketing plan and efforts.
• Maintain the model and target apartments; ensure clean and orderly offices.
• Process applications and collect security deposits; assist with tenant relations.
