The Lease-Up Manager will lead leasing, marketing and resident relations at LIHTC properties, ensuring compliance and meeting lease-up timelines, while accommodating evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time
• 3–4 years experience in property management or training
• Strong multitasking and creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and foster positive resident relations at assigned LIHTC and affordable housing properties.
• Ensure adherence to all affordable housing program requirements, including LIHTC compliance, while meeting lease-up schedules and owner expectations.
• Travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Coordinate daily office administration and customer service activities to support marketing efforts.
