Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years’ experience with real estate, asset management, housing programs, finance, accounting, law, and/or property management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields is preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, organizational, and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take lead responsibility for dispositions of an assigned LIHTC portfolio and negotiate terms with partners.
• Develop disposition strategies and coordinate with internal teams to close transactions.
• Prepare valuation models, tax assessments, and review appraisals and capital needs.
• Maintain data accuracy and meet deadlines while engaging with investors and partners.
• Assist with training and presentations.
