Enterprise Housing Credit Investments is seeking an experienced Senior Manager with LIHTC structuring and underwriting expertise to ensure the accuracy and integrity of LIHTC investments. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years LIHTC experience and knowledge of federal tax credit programs.
• Advanced Excel modeling experience for tax-incentivized real estate deals.
• Knowledge of real estate ownership structures and entity classifications.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Detail oriented, independent, and deadline-driven.
• Willingness to present in team or company training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine financial models to align with modeling standards and analyses.
• Develop specialized model schedules for effective interest, OID, and tax structuring.
• Provide investor-ready financial information and return analyses.
• Ensure consistency between project data and investor-facing models.
• Assist with initial equity funding at closings.
• Review post-closing documentation and update models.
• Participate in tax credit adjuster calculations and final reviews.
• Implement model updates for tax credit adjusters and changes.
• Train and onboard new analysts and underwriters.
• Coordinate with external counsel on closing schedules and structuring.
• Support Asset Management in evaluating post-closing changes.
• Serve as a feedback resource for deal structuring and modifications.
