Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Part-Time Community Manager - LIHTC to oversee LIHTC compliance at a resident-focused property in Alexandria, VA. You will supervise staff, handle tenancy eligibilities, and coordinate leasing and operations while ensuring HUD and LIHTC adherence.

The role requires strong financial acumen, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and proficiency with Yardi/Voyager and MS Office. This position is on-site with competitive hourly compensation.
