Job summary

Pratum Co is seeking a Part-Time Community Manager for LIHTC properties. You will oversee management of tax credit residential communities, ensuring HUD and LIHTC compliance, supervising staff, and coordinating with the Asset Manager.

The role requires LIHTC certification, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, strong MS Office and Yardi-Voyager skills, and solid financial and budgeting abilities. The position offers competitive hourly pay and company benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years managing LIHTC communities.
• 2 years supervisory experience with staff at all levels.
• LIHTC certification or compliance certification (TCS/COS) required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance and recertification programs for LIHTC community.
• Supervise administrative and management functions in property operations.
• Supervise all assigned staff and coordinate with Asset Manager.
• Advise residents on lease requirements and responsibilities.
• Conduct applicant background checks and make leasing decisions.
• Lease vacant units and manage eligibility and recertifications.
• Maintain waiting list, lease and accounting records, and collections.
• Prepare financial reports and monitor budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and monitor contractors.
