Qualifications

• 2+ years managing LIHTC properties.
• 2 years supervisory experience with staff.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 2+ years LIHTC compliance, certification and recertification.
• Certification related to LIHTC or compliance (TCS/COS).
• Knowledge of local, state and federal Fair Housing laws.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Maintain property curb appeal and upkeep.
• Proficient with MS Office and Yardi Voyager.
• Experience with OneSite/Yardi software preferred.
• AHM/COS/SCHM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance and recertification programs for LIHTC community.
• Supervise staff and handle property operations.
• Assist residents with lease requirements and responsibilities.
• Conduct background checks and approve applicants.
• Show units and explain dwelling operations.
• Lease vacant units to approved applicants.
• Determine eligibility and recertification of tenants.
• Maintain waiting list and lease/financial records; post rents and prepare financial reports.
• Monitor vacancies and delinquency reports; prepare reports.
• Coordinate work orders and maintenance requests; monitor contractors.
