You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and risk management while aligning with brand standards and owner expectations. The role requires expertise in affordable housing compliance, HUD/Section 42 terms, and HOTMA standards, with a proven track record in staff leadership and operations optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in affordable housing property management with HUD compliance, Section 42, HOTMA experience.
• Minimum 3 years progressive housing management or related experience.
• Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others.
• Analytical problem solver with ability to develop alternatives and implement strategies.
