Job summary

CSC Management seeks a Community Director for a LIHTC property in Santa Fe, NM. You will oversee rehab projects, leasing, and compliance to maximize occupancy and property value while training onsite staff.

Responsibilities include budgeting with the Asset Manager, ensuring timely rent collection, and adherence to Fair Housing and Tax Credit rules. You will coordinate vendor relations and supervise maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3 years LIHTC/tax credit property management experience.
• 2+ years managing property teams (maintenance + support staff).
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Evidence of leadership within the region, the company or the industry.
• B.S. in Business, Real Estate, or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online databases like Entrata and Bluemoon.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Asset Manager to create operational budgets.
• Complete certifications and renewals for leases to stay compliant with Tax Credit requirements.
• Manage property to align with budget guidelines throughout the year.
• Ensure rents are collected and deposits reported daily.
• Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff to meet operational goals.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and relevant laws.
• Maintain lease files and ensure proper lease completion.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relations, and inspections.
• Prepare and submit required reports to central office on schedule.
