Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant with Tax Credit/Affordable Housing experience to welcome prospective residents and manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to compliant housing guidelines.

You will perform tours, assist with documentation, and collaborate with maintenance and the team to ensure a welcoming, compliant community environment. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Tax Credit/LIHTC or Affordable Housing experience.
• Working knowledge of HUD rules and LIHTC regulations.
• Experience with recertifications, move-in files, and compliance documentation.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes, amenities, and community features.
• Guide residents through the leasing journey from inquiry to move-in.
• Assist with Affordable Housing, HUD/Section 8, and LIHTC compliance and documentation.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and related paperwork accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
• Support marketing, outreach, and occupancy initiatives.
• Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies.
