Job summary

Live Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant with Tax Credit/Affordable Housing experience for Ekos Cadenza I & II in Naples, FL. You will welcome residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants from inquiry to move-in while ensuring compliance with HUD/LIHTC requirements.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong organization, and knowledge of affordable housing programs. On-site work in Naples with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Tax Credit/LIHTC or Affordable Housing experience — required.
• Working knowledge of HUD rules and LIHTC regulations.
• Experience with recertifications, move-in files, compliance documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, ResMan, On-Site) preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage residents and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Conduct engaging community tours and showcase apartment homes, amenities, and community features.
• Guide prospective residents through leasing—from inquiry to application, approval and move-in.
• Assist with operations in compliance with Affordable Housing, HUD/Section 8, and LIHTC regulations.
• Assist with move-in, recertification, and resident files to maintain funding compliance.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.
