Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with affordable programs, LIHTC knowledge preferred.
• Possibility to obtain an industry certification within the first year (e.g., TCS, C3P, HCCP).
• Proficiency with RealPage OneSite and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to collaborate with on-site staff, vendors, and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of the community, including marketing & leasing, and managing work orders.
• Maintain positive resident relations and address resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC programmatic standards.
• Handle administrative tasks and tenant files, using RealPage OneSite.
