Responsibilities

• Resident relations: maintain a customer service oriented approach to meet resident and community needs.
• Operations: oversee community, including marketing & leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor interactions.
• Compliance: ensure LIHTC program standards are strictly followed.
• Leadership: hire, train and supervise on-site staff to maximize productivity.
• Administrative: manage reporting to RPM and corporate, biweekly payroll, and weekly AP.
