Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing or LIHTC preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Analytical thinker able to evaluate challenges and propose actions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and RealPage OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive resident relations and customer service orientation to meet community needs.
• Oversee operations including marketing, leasing, maintenance oversight, budgeting and vendor interaction.
• Ensure compliance as a LIHTC site with programmatic standards.
• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff and maximize productivity.
• Handle administrative tasks including payroll and AP reporting per company systems.
